Hey!
There's been a few thousand downloads so far. And virtually no feedback. Shame! Please tell me what you achieved with my sources - it makes coding for the public so much more fun...
ZR-3 and its successor AZR3 are a VST instrument plugins. They emulate vintage drawbar organs, including distortion
and rotating speakers.
I finally decided to release the source under the GNU public license.
In short this means "You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in
whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any
part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third
parties under the terms of this License."
The full license text is here. Make sure you have
understood the licensing issues before you download anything.
Feel free to do whatever you want with the source, as long as you follow
the license rules.
Of course, if you plan to use the Steinberg VST SDK you will have to agree
to their licensing terms.
If you have improvements, ideas or comments, please do not hesitate to tell them
to me. One of the major goals of releasing ZR-3 to the public is to gain knowledge.
It's a good piece of software - be fair and pay with feedback.
You will find me here:
Please contact me if you have any project ideas based upon this source, we could then
implement a sourceforge subproject right here.
